KBW10 Transmission, output coupler nut. This dent is called "CAULKING" which is what holds the nut on. Sometimes this dent is not very deep and the nut can back out. The trans turns right handed, which is clockwise when viewed from astern. This nut is left handed so it tightens when going forward. Reverse can loosen this nut.
