Stern Wave and Oil Mustache

I have been looking at the stern wave on our IP35, and noticed that with better weight distribution and getting the bow down and the stern up, the stern wave trails off the stern better. This better stern wave then helps to carry away the exhaust oils and reduces the oily stern mustache so common on IPs. I am going with the theory that lowering the bow by moving weight forward lifts the stern and reduces the mustache. Here are some photos....
