Some attempts at fixing the chain locker problem

Here are some pictures that I've gathered showing attempts by IP owners to solve the chain locker problem. The problem is that the locker is too small and the normal drop position for chain from the windlass is too far forward. The chain piles up to the point that it jams the windlass.

Some of the photos are from my boat(IP37) where the max length of chain I am able to load without someone moving the pile is about 90 feet. I have 200 feet of 5/16" chain.
