Aft Stateroom Storage

An additional storage area can be created by cutting out an access hole in the fiberglass wall in the Aft Stateroom. This opens up a "dead space" that runs the length of the port cockpit seat backs. Very good for unwieldly long, narrow items.

Template for frame to be used placed nearest to the side and bottom as possible.

Panel cut out using a rotary sheetrock type drill bit.

Clearance between wall and inside obstruction,(front edge of the cockpit seat and back).

White panel in rear is cockpit shower insert,back of "tunnel" is at waterheater area.

Panel is press fit into opening, 5200 seals it. Panel and door from West Marine.

Hinges to be added. Tape to catch excess of 5200 when pressed into for final assy.
