We removed our stern tube TWICE attempting to stop a small leak around the tube. Here are photos of the process. IP35-165. Attached also is a MS-WORD doc from the factory on replacing the cutless bearing and stern tube. Hayden

Notice the bottom, it is NOT pulled up tight and was leaking around here.

5200 is now cleaned off and we are looking for an cracks or failure, none!

The forward end of the stern tube where the rubber boot and the stuffing box clamps on.

Custom SS 3/8" plate made by Rob Glebe to bolt the stern tube into and to reinforce the stern area.

The shaft needs to be pulled to install the plate over the tube. We spin and check the shaft!

Original tube re-installed and sealed with 5200 as to factory specs.

Custom SS 3/8" plate made by Rob Glebe provided for easier install, locktite was used.

Prowell prop was serviced by VeriPropUSA.com and re-installed.
