Edson Pedestal Guard Feet

Duchess has these black feet at the base of her pedestal guard:

They are secure to the cockpit sole, but I found that the horizontal screws that secure the guard tubes are both missing leaving the guard free to pull up.  Does anyone know the size of these screws?  English or metric?

Thanks,
Art
