A Florida GIPSY (Gulf Island Packet Sailing Yachts) excursion to Key West and Fantasy Fest in October 2002.

Sloppy Joe's Bar, Duval Street, Key West

Florida GIPSY Fleet Captain Wayne DeMeyere and wife Guylyn ready to party.

Everyone brought along a friend. That is a real live mouse on the cat's back.

The street vendors were busy with more than 50,000 people there Saturday night.

A lot of great music and dancing was the norm.

Many interesting things were taking place right on the street.

The outfits were something truly to behold.

A 10-day non stop Halloween party is what Fantasy Fest is.

There is a parade.

Key West pirates are the hosts.

Beads become like currency and with them many stange things can be had.

But beauty can be found. Everything but the yellow wrist band and the bunny ears is just paint!!

But alas all good parties must end and what's left behind is a headache and a mess to clean up.
